Numbers Game:

Overview:
  • Teaches passing, aggression and ball control
Set Up:
  • Make a 20x40 yard grid with two nets
  • Make two teams
  • Give each player a number (1- number of players on each team)
Start:
  • Each team on their side behind the cone
  • Balls on one side by the coach
  • Coach calls a number and plays a ball in
  • Players with that number run around their goal
  • Players try to score on the opponents' goal to get a point
  • The ball is dead when it goes out of play or in the goal
  • First team to score 5 goals wins
  • Coaches may call more than one number or all numbers at once
