Colors Game:

Overview:
  • Teaches dribbling skills and looking up
Set Up:
  • Make a 20x20 yard grid
  • Place four different colored pinnies/cones on each corner
Start:
  • One ball per player
  • All player dribble around the grid
  • The coach decides three different skills when numbers 1, 2 and 3 are called
  • When the coach calls 1 a skill must be preformed, example: side to side touches x3
  • When number 2 is called another skill is preformed, example: pull back
  • When number 3 is called another skill is performed, example: double scissors
  • When a color is called all players run to that color
